Objeto y ámbito de aplicación:
A continuación, se exponen las condiciones generales que regulan el acceso, navegación y uso de las páginas web bajo el dominio de CORE, así como la responsabilidad derivada del uso de sus contenidos.
Se presume que el acceso o la mera utilización de CORE Code school por parte del Usuario implica la adhesión de éste a las condiciones generales que CORE tenga publicadas en cada momento en el que acceda a su página web. CORE no será responsable de establecer las condiciones generales y particulares a tener en cuenta en la utilización, prestación o contratación de estos servicios por terceros y, por tanto, no podrá ser considerado responsable de los mismos. En cualquier caso, CORE no facilitará datos de carácter personal de Usuarios a dichos terceros.
Antes de utilizar y/o contratar servicios específicos prestados por CORE, el Usuario deberá leer atentamente las correspondientes condiciones particulares que se estipulen a tales efectos. La utilización y/o la contratación de dichos servicios específicos implican la aceptación de las condiciones particulares que los regulen en la versión publicada por CORE en el momento en que se produzca dicha utilización y/o contratación.
Términos del servicio
Subject to these Terms of Service (this "Agreement"), CORE (CORE Code School S.L.U). ("CORE","Core", "we", "us" and/or "our") provides access to CORE cloud platform, including, without limitation, this website, certain API's and domain registration services (collectively, the "Services"). By using or accessing the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to be bound by this Agreement.
If you are entering into this Agreement on behalf of a company, business or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity to this Agreement, in which case the term "you" shall refer to such entity. If you do not have such authority, or if you do not agree with this Agreement, you must not accept this Agreement and may not use the Services.
Account
You may be required to create an account and specify a password in order to use certain services or features on the Sites. To create an account, you must be at least 18 years old and you must provide truthful and accurate information about yourself. Don’t try to impersonate anyone else when you create your account. If your information changes at any time, please update your account to reflect those changes.
In some cases, an account may be assigned to you by an administrator, such as your employer or educational institution. By posting Your Content on or through the Services, you grant CORE a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, fully paid, sublicensable and transferable license to use, copy, modify, reproduce, distribute, display, publish and perform Your Content only in connection with its provision of the Services and for security to protect the Services and third parties from fraud, malware, malicious files or content, viruses and the like. You further agree that CORE may remove or disable any of Your Content at any time for any reason (including, but not limited to, upon receipt of claims or allegations from third-parties or authorities relating to Your Content), or for no reason at all.
Modifications and Termination
We reserve the right to modify our Sites at any time, with or without notice to you. For example, we may add or remove functionality or features, and we may suspend or stop a particular feature altogether. We also reserve the right to charge a fee for any of our features at any time. If you don’t like any changes, you can stop using our Sites at any time.
Intellectual Property
If you believe any Content on the Services infringes your copyrights, you may request that remove the Content from the Services (or disable access to that Content) by following the instructions on this page.
